Terms of Service
Order Processing: All prints are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours before being sent to production. Preparedness Kits are packaged and shipped by us and typically ship within 1-2 business days from your order.
Production and Fulfillment: Prints are professionally produced through our print partners and shipped directly to the customer after production. Preparedness Kits are assembled and shipped by us from our location.
Shipping Policy: Prints are shipped after production through standard shipping carriers. Preparedness Kits are shipping by us through a standard carrier. A flat rate $5 shipping fee is applied to each order. Delivery times may vary depending on production schedules and carrier delays.
Order Accuracy: Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or issued caused by incorrect addresses.
Order Cancelation: Prints may be cancelled before they are sent to production. Once production has begun print orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Preparedness Kits orders may be canceled before shipment once shipment has begun order cancellations are not possible.
Returns and Refunds: Beacause all prints are made to order, returns and refunds are not accepted once production has begun. For Preparedness Kits returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item in defective or damaged during shipping. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage so a replacement or refund can occur depending on the situation. Please keep all packaging and items that came in this order.

Product Appearance: Actual print colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to monitor calibration and printing processes.
